24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year somewhere in Michigan a child facing a life-threatening medical condition is sweetly blanketed with the gentle comfort, compassion and joy provided by those involved with our extraordinary Make-A-Wish mission.
As we gather with our loved ones during this season of light and love, we are comforted knowing that Make-A-Wish is continuing to provide the very basic human need of kindness and joy to children and families impacted by the grief, pain and loss a critical illnesses can cause.
Bringing joy for wish kids and their families is the magic in holidays and all year for the Make-A-Wish family. Offering an opportunity for children to dream about anything as a wish come true…encouraging each wish child and family to think about and anticipate what the wish experience may be like…visualizing smiling faces as a big stretch limousine arrives to whisk them away…considering how it will really feel to have a once-in-a-lifetime wish granted!
